This website is owned by BVB Premium. These terms set forth the terms and conditions of the use and services of our website. When accessing the website and using our services, you approve that you have read and understood our terms and conditions. 


When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you are bound to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.


We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time.

Return and refund policy

Please contact us for guidance and help with returning your item. All returns are free for our customers and we will arrange a collection for you. We will guide you through the process accordingly. Please note that all orders have been approved before sent.


For any undamaged product, simply return it with its original packaging and accessories. It needs to be returned in the same condition it was sent to you. You must also include your copy of receipt of purchase with your return. The item must be returned within 14 days of the date you received your item. We will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. 


The following products are not eligible for return: any product that is a custom order, with custom embroidery on ie. custom embroidered flying jacket, or custom embroidered bag. These items are made specifically to our customers preferences, and therefore we do not accept returns on these items.


These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

You agree to receive from time to time promotional messages and materials from us, by mail, email or any other contact form you may provide us with (including your phone number for calls or text messages). If you do not want to receive such promotional materials or notices – please just notify us at any time at the following email address Please note contact details will not be passed on to any third parties.


As stated on the product information page, all of our products are made to order. Therefore, once the order is placed; production then begins. This means the expected delivery time can be up to six weeks from your purchase date. Although, we strive to get your order out to you sooner. Should your order be delayed we will advise you of the new anticipated delivery date. Your order will need to be signed for on delivery to you.

We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect email addresses that are entered on our website; as well as information of your purchase history. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages and page interaction information. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, communications) however, this is only when you, the customer, provide us with this information; comments, feedback and product reviews are also stored when provided by the customer.

Are all of your products made in England?

Yes, all of our products are made here in Great Britain. We pride ourselves on beautiful craftmanship, and the finest quality from start to finish- and beyond for that matter. Our products are made to last a lifetime, and be loved for generations.

How do I order a made to measure flying jacket (sleeve and body length)?

To order a made to measure flying jacket, we first recommend you get in contact with us via email. The made to measure ordering process is simple, we take the payment for one of our standard size jackets. This standard size jacket will then be sent out to you. At this point, you can decide whether you are happy with the fit of the standard size jacket or not. If you would still like to order a made to measure length jacket, then we require just the additional sleeve length or decrease measurement, based upon the standard size you would have received. As well as the additional body length measurement or decrease measurement, based upon the standard size you would have received. This jacket would then be sent back to us at BVB Premium. Alongside the measurements you provide us with. Once we have received the jacket in the original condition, we will then confirm with you, your made to measure order. In addition, we will send you the invoice for the made to measure service. Once this payment is made, your new made to measure jacket will go into production.

Do you ship outside the UK?

Yes, we ship worldwide via DHL.

If I ordered a standard size jacket and it doesn’t fit, can I exchange it for a different size?

If you order a standard size jacket, and decide you would like a larger or smaller size. Yes, the jacket can be exchanged at no extra charge, as long as the jacket is returned in the exact condition it arrived to the customer. If you would like to contact us with regards to an exchange of an item, please email us.

What if my order is damaged in transit?

If your order arrives damaged in transit, you must contact us immediately via email. You will need to send us photo evidence of the damage, as we will then contact the parcel carrier directly.

Can I collect my jacket from you directly?

Currently no, as we only sell both online and at various shows throughout the year. Keep an eye out on our Instagram and website, where we will announce the list of show dates. We would love for you to come and visit us at one of our show events and explore our range in person.

Do you have a showroom so I can try an item on?

We do not currently have a show room, however, keep an eye out on our socials and website. As we will be announcing various dates throughout the year, where you can come and visit us at events.

What is your policy on sustainability?

Our designs are made to last a life time, and be passed on to future generations. We create beautifully crafted pieces, which will forever stay an essential part of your wardrobe. Longevity plays a key role in our BVB mantra. Our carefully selected sheepskins and leathers are all a by-product from the meat industry, and would otherwise go to landfill. We consciously make sure all of our off cuts are kept in stock, so that we can use them for future projects, and minimise waste. All of our products are made in England, this is of great importance to us. As we are a heritage brand, and we believe in working closely with our manufacturers to produce an exquisite product. In line with being mindful of our materials, we have also chosen to make sure we have recycled packaging. This is in line with our values of longevity. As our recyclable packaging can be re-purposed time and time again.

Do you offer discounts?

We do not currently offer any discounts, but keep your eyes peeled on our website and social media as this is where we will announce any discounts. (Instagram). We also offer gift cards on our online shop, in which the receipient will be given a unique code to shop online with.

How do I clean and maintain my sheepskin jacket?

We recommend seeking the help of a specialist leather and sheepskin dry cleaner. If your sheepskin coat ever becomes significantly wet, be sure always that you dry the coat slowly, without placing it in direct heat. You must also make sure you hang your jacket on an appropriate coat hanger (ie. shaped and wide). If caught in a shower ensure the jacket or coat is shaken to lift off water sitting on the surface. Cared for properly our sheepskin jackets will last a lifetime.
